Consciousness is a continuous surplus flux flows across our being in each day. Though the flux flows in our being, but it depends up on the inner world of each entity. Unless one clears his/her perception about the existence, he cannot realize the flow and its flux. However, those who are realizes this ultimate consciousness in the being they can experience the heaven like moment in their life. Moreover, it is a difficult thing in the world to be conscious about ones' own mind or ones' own being/self.

Consciousness changes according to the situation, which depend on the persons’ experience. But one can easily be aware oneself when he attains the ultimate experience on meditation; it is possible only when all the garbage so called karma goes away from his/her being. This happens when all the thought patterns of the ones' mind vanishes to its utter most level, so one can be freed from all conflicts and contradictions and misery in ones' life. Misery be created out of our knowledge, thus it exists till our death if we are unconscious about it. If we are conscious about it, it vanishes and it should be burned till the last crunch of its existence. Misery is a greatest sin in the world of inner for a spiritual seeker; however, it creates all the troubles and struggles to the self to get unconscious about the truth in each and every moment.

Mental Body 5. Spiritual Body 6. Cosmic Body 7. Nirvanic Body, the bodiless body  In the first seven years of life, the physical body alone is formed. The other bodies are in seed form. They have a potential for growth but they lie dormant in the beginning of life. So the first seven years are years of limitation. There is no growth of intellect, emotion or desire during these years. Only the physical body develops within this period. Some people never grow beyond seven years; they stagnate at this stage. Animals develop only in the physical body; the other bodies remain untouched within them. In the next seven years - that is from seven years to fourteen years - the etheric body, develops. These seven years are years of emotional growth of the individual. This is why sexual mat...
