Journey of self realization through Meditation

Love is the tremendous joy in this human life to taste, it is a boon which is given to humanity by god. On one side, the society always tries to condition the children and condemn their willingness and freedom to express. On the other hand, there exist a completely opposite world such as inner world that it gives a complete freedom and love, compassion and grace as much as we can get from it. That is a state of blissfulness a complete immersion into the existence. But, words cannot express the feelings of those experiences.

Problems are not the actual problems unless we react to them hardly because our own reaction towards them or the resistance towards pain creates a paranoia in ones mind....once the mind is disturbed everything you feel disturbed like a ripp le on the surface of the ocean can disturb entire lake. Even though you inside are silent but the disturbance on outer surface creates conflict between your #self and the #identified_self .............the mind

Once we lost our #sensitivity we cannot regain it easily. Only one reason is behind it because of #rushing_thoughts in our mind and endless chattering creates a deep hallow (gap) of energy field inside...it is a state of exploitation of #abundant yet #valuable energy within that is #subtle energy...(kusuma shakti).....hence misery, suffering, anguish, ambiguity, anger, jealous, obsession, inferiority, superiority, repressions or suppression, and all kinds of psychological diseases.... #meditation alone can rebelliously clears all these #inhibitions

Meditation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meditation is nothing but looking at our own self inside but it is not a search outside. Once we look at our own self a tremendous joy and blis s arises out of nothing. Just after closing your eyes observing the breath you see many thoughts are ready to rush towards you. It is a state of mind and you feel confused and lost in traffic of thoughts or lost in chattering of mind. Once you cut the thoughts continuously without making any effort that is by ignoring every thought and its pattern you reach a state of no-thought. Not even a ripple arises out of the blissful lake of consciousness. That is called nirma nishidda stiti (stillness-silence-state)... Don't make any effort to cultivate or inculcate compassion it is already existing you just have to observe it consciously and relax more and more so that it appears...because of continuous thoughts you may not see you comp...

People are not #receptive but are of #dominative ...i have seen many people in this world that listening to you is a quality a rare quality but nobody is ready to listen to you....because everyone is overflowing with juvenile thoughts, and sick feelings inside...the huge load created by them must be got rid of...for that others are very good objects to vomit this shit on them forcefully...this is w hy all people are ready to #speak as much as time they can but never listen to you even for a single minute...never.........the se mediocre minds don't understand any #silence , #bliss , #awareness ..they simply are wanted to be #logical , #rational , and #practical ...they cannot reach the state of no-mind until they get rid this #schizophrenic mind.

Opinions of others are mere opinions it is never be a ‪#‎ truth‬ because collecting the information of ‪#‎ your‬ self from ‪#‎ others‬ opinion is like planting a seed of mango and expecting the fruit of other variety...whatever you are really cannot be seen on others or cannot be collected from others...at the time when it reaches other means it (information about us) will be contaminated. By looking at the people of sorrow, anger, misery, and ignorance we are always be affected and it is a sort of mirror-reflectance idea...life will be reflected always from other mirrors but the only mirror you have to identify is ‪#‎ self‬ ...once you get that and once you are available to it then everyday is a ‪#‎ festival‬ because your mirror (self) can be cleaned easily and often but other mirrors cannot be insisted to be cleansed because there exist ignorance in them they ma y not aware of their own dust on their mirrors...this is why always there is a conflict between any two partners that they go on ‪#‎ suspect‬ other is ‪#‎ wrong‬ , even though problem may exist in both....that is also a reason if only one fellow is making problems and others are not in the sense...it can easily be solved, but problem exist in both on the partners....hence, confusion will be created....no other way to get rid of this it means ‪#‎ two‬ ‪#‎ monsters‬ are living in a same ‪#‎ mad_h...
