Vigyana Bhairava Tantra (A sceptical methodology for the inner search)

Introduction

Let us begin this volume of vigyana (the wisdom) bhairava (Higher dimensional experience or supreme) tantra (a way or a method)...altogether method of supreme wisdom. What i understood and felt from this reading of this volume that through breath is only the life we get otherwise is impossible. Many seekers have been trying to control or regulate or condition the breath, but their very effort to make it destroys their entire goal to reach a stillness of breath. Meditation is the only technique which is easier and scientific -yet ancient available for the humanity to do in order to realize the self as well as the world. Breath is directly connected with the mind -of course without breath mind never works. But, with the settling of breath mind will become a void hence the thought pattern stops and further there exist no thought no chattering of mind. a complete relaxation and a deep compassion arises in us. Cosmic energy (akaasha ganga) enters into our being only when you open your head by clearing the thoughts or though patterns. It happens in meditation a very deep meditation that you forget your self and new triggering creates a deep void-ness that you feel you are reborn.

Sensitivity -a boon or a bane ?

Once we lost our #sensitivity we cannot regain it easily. Only one reason is behind it because of #rushing_thoughts in our mind and endless chattering creates a deep hallow (gap) of energy field inside...it is a state of exploitation of #abundant yet #valuable energy within that is #subtle energy...(kusuma shakti).....hence misery, suffering, anguish, ambiguity, anger, jealous, obsession, inferiority, superiority, repressions or suppression, and all kinds of psychological diseases.... #meditation alone can rebelliously clears all these #inhibitions

Seven Bodies -Human being

Seven Bodies -Human being _____________________________________________________ osho said that the individual can be divided into seven bodies. 1. Physical Body 2. Etheric Body 3. Astral Body 4. Mental Body 5. Spiritual Body 6. Cosmic Body 7. Nirvanic Body, the bodiless body  In the first seven years of life, the physical body alone is formed. The other bodies are in seed form. They have a potential for growth but they lie dormant in the beginning of life. So the first seven years are years of limitation. There is no growth of intellect, emotion or desire during these years. Only the physical body develops within this period. Some people never grow beyond seven years; they stagnate at this stage. Animals develop only in the physical body; the other bodies remain untouched within them. In the next seven years - that is from seven years to fourteen years - the etheric body, develops. These seven years are years of emotional growth of the individual. This is why sexual mat...
