Importance of fourth stage: Meditation
The main stage in #dynamic is the fourth stage because in this we have just to stop #wherever we are. Like if we are hand-raised and stood up we must stop as the music ends and so and so the other posture. But, our conscious mind should not get be identified with our meditation and no effort should be made to stop our movements of body from our side. we just have to leave it to nature and just follow the rhythm of the sound from music in #dynamic meditational music from first--fifth stage. I feel there is no need of having any comfortable posture to stop in this stage. Just try to listen to your mind but never get identified with it and act upon your mind's command....just watch observe your mind and moving body is also an act of mind because unless mind functions with our brain you cannot get any signals from mind to act in body.....
