Anger - how to overcome this mental torture

Anger

Being angry is projecting one's own energy on somebody outside and insisting them to carry such a big flame. Anger exists when frustration and despair are hanging in the mind. Irrespective of the concerns and morals, one must understand one's problem of making violence such as being angry at others. One has to be aware-off each and every moment whether anger exist or not if it exists how much we be aware-off. 

I had gone through many cases of personal relationship and  its difficulties in dealing with one another. I realized that many of us never think at-least one minute before we talk to another. I used to see that there exists one problem in dealing with a mind and with a heart separately. Most of the people talk emotionally, but they actually use their cunning nature in making a mind-to-mind dialogue.

Sensitivity -a boon or a bane ?

Once we lost our #sensitivity we cannot regain it easily. Only one reason is behind it because of #rushing_thoughts in our mind and endless chattering creates a deep hallow (gap) of energy field inside...it is a state of exploitation of #abundant yet #valuable energy within that is #subtle energy...(kusuma shakti).....hence misery, suffering, anguish, ambiguity, anger, jealous, obsession, inferiority, superiority, repressions or suppression, and all kinds of psychological diseases.... #meditation alone can rebelliously clears all these #inhibitions
