Stress management vs. stress release

Many people in this world somehow manages their stress, but managing it never makes you to release it. At the begin, we must understand what stress means and how it is created in a course of working (or life) time. Stress is created by the resistance to work either by external influences. For example, someone is putting a lot of pressure on your mind or on your body either on
your emotional psyche (or heart) you get embarrassed immediately. Person with no sensitivity can never understand how much damage being caused through suffering. Out of this non-sensitivity one goes on putting the one load after another, thus create a hell like situation that which we cannot get out of it. If we are alert enough we can clear all these hindrances from our whole-mind (chitta) and can breath consciously.
The cause for the creation of stress in our mind is our conditioning and the associated control or deadline or time bound. Once we agreed and allowed the stress to ride our life, many dangers follow you after that. These dangers are 
1. fear of making incomplete work or fear of not able to complete the work.
2. once complete your own task what can others say about it.
3. anxious about future that what happens next if i don't complete the work  of

Once we lost our #sensitivity we cannot regain it easily.
