An expression is a mean for an individual to show his/her own emotions. In an act of doing it, one fails to address attention towards his self. In the sense, he/she loses his/her awareness. The question is how to get back to our attention? It is simple, just get up in the morning, have a coffee or tea, allow your self into meditation by sitting silently doing nothing breathing as it is adjusting our mind to thoughtless till your cut down thoughts. I trust you that you shall never sleep -of course- morning is good to go sleep though. My observation with my self is that we enter into a space of nothingness where no one stays except the vast self (I call it is self but its interpretation varies from one to another). Trust me you feel free, unburdened, and completely get-rid off all your movements, senses, thoughts, feelings, emotions, and contemplations. The corresponding cause for these effects includes your gross-body, subtle-body, mind, heart, conscience, and consciousness.
Mind - Desire 1. Mind always tries to build desires in our inner or outer being . In contrast, destructive mind provides terrible desires although your objective is clear to you. However, un-controlled mind creates a blow within you using its thoughts ; unless until you try to avoid/ignore the rapid coming thoughts, you cannot enter into the inner being. 2. The one and only one solution to control the mind activities is by accommodating pure desires to the thoughts of mind , in order to get out of this minds horrible situation. Moreover, desire in the form of quest is only the boon to humans in terms of physical and spiritual life. Nonetheless, uncertainty across the thought pattern of the mind and undulation of the design of desire, makes you to be alert while you are in the blissful state. 3.
