In many days after I am writing this blog that mental health condition should be kept in peace. Ever since we had lot of philosophy and spiritual conscience discussion in this blogger. Medication and relaxation drives us to be peaceful and joyful. Apart from the prior two aspects, meditation has a significant role on improvement of our mental health as because our mind has lot of thoughts and emotions running in the inner self. Question is how to proceed for meditation and how to sit in the meditation. Sitting silently and doing nothing as one Buddha disciple said, one needs to sit even there are disturbances lurking in the minds of us. Many thoughts carry our attention to unknown worlds and unconscious steps towards deadly reminders. Either to the past or into the future world. My perception is about how to handle the situation whether we are alert and attentive. Alertness and attentiveness are two main aspects of mitigation techniques to combat past and future movement of mind through thoughts.
As J. Krishnamurty says complete attention and alertness makes mind move nowhere but now here. Also, many disciples feel and experience that attention and alertness can be achieved only when we are at complete mode of practice at a particular place and at a particular time. But, my perception is that there is no need of these luxuries neither any need of doing it so. I feel we require consciousness on our time at what we are doing and what is the status of our mind. Continuous witnessing is required to observe the free flow of our running thoughts and revering wisdom. At any moment we are bound to fall from the top crest of a mountain to a deep valley. The more we climb up, there is always a danger to fall deeper into the valley.
