Vigyana Bhairava Tantra

Vignan Bhirava Tantra (112 Meditation Techniques)

Meditation Technique_1
The supreme Energy (breath) goes upwards with exhalation and downwards with inhalation. By concentrating on the two places of its origin, one acquires the state of fulfilment."
Comment (Experience): If one can observe the empty space between two breaths (uchchwasa and Nichwasa: Inhalation and Exhalation), ones' consciousness expands and can witnesses all of the physical and mental (body and mind) movements from the self (un-moving entity). However, exhalation is death and inhalation is birth middle is the living (life) one can live.
Meditation Technique_2
"Concentrate on the two places where the breath turns inside to outside and also
from outside to inside. O Goddess, in this way, through the Goddess, the essential form of God is realized."
Comment: If one can concentrate on the two places where breath-in starts and Breath-out ends; breath-out starts and breathe-in ends. He or she can get the realization of supreme soul (Godliness) through breath (from of nature).
Meditation Technique_3

"At the centre where the breath does not enter or not go out, all thoughts disappear. The form of energy becomes visible, and through her the form of god appears"
Comment: Exactly at the centre is the state of eternal life, beyond or below this state both are superficial or sub-critical...life exist in this centre.

Eveywhere there is an inferiority of loosing  ‪#‎ identity‬  in people's attention, jealousy at nearest neighbour about small things and for a mundane misconceptions and lack of attention to ones' own  ‪#‎ silence‬  inside. Looking at gadgets, accumulated knowledge, persona's, property, penny (PPP) of others. I just get exhausted by being a part of many arguments about the simple adaptation of ‪#‎ materialistic‬  way of living as westerners doing ...
