Journey of self realization through Meditation

One day i was going to snacks in my university campus near the department, but -unfortunately i didn't get any friend that day to have a company. While i was coming back from canteen, i had a habit of discussing with me (my inner being). I astonished that my inner being was giving the suggestions and courage to me not to worry. It was saying that no need of any friend outside but inside, i am the only friend eternal to you -not only to you but also others, i stunned by hearing such a soothing voice from my within. Friends within cannot deceive you but friends without always can cheat you at any moment. My inner was saying to me that don't worry i am there with you always and i said sorry to it, thus it said that there is no need of saying sorry to me because a real friend never deserve any sorry or expect anything from a lovely being. you are the love to me so what is the need of love from you to me...! Once our mind is conditioned with anything either of physical or of spiritual thing, it never seeks the reality. Because once it is closed by the conditioning it never opens up and it is not said individual but a slave. So you may get a doubt that how can we unconditioned, there is only one way just by dropping all the prejudices and all the dreams. It can only be possible by witnessing each and every conditioning and by meditating.  

After a long period of identification with my mind, i realized in deep meditation that mind is the very clever un reality which we always being identified with it. It was done in my life too that i was treating me as the mind and gone into the same circles once again. It is all about past but significant. Anyways, if it belongs to mind it is not so significant but if it is concerned to the being or self it is significant. Once you are being witnessed by the mind you will be identified with it, while once you witness the mind you will become a witness but mind vanishes away. There is only a pure consciousness called chitta but not chitta vritti's. Identification is literally means 'Maya' in Sanskrit. Long ago there was a situation came in between one of my friends and me that we were discussing about a simple topic that is meditation. Daily in the mess canteen we were talking and sharing our views to each other. There was a day that we argued too much finally he concluded the debt that it is impossible to do. That discussion carries a content of meditation and its possibilities to an ordinary mind. Finally, one day i went to his room in the hall and 

One day i invited an aged friend into my room in BC Roy Hall of Residence of IIT, Kharagpur. He entered into my room and said to have a neatness, then i told "o.k." and we had a small discussion on spirituality. I have shown my diary which consists of all my meditation experiences. At one page we stopped and were discussing about a strange figure or painting that i told him it is a picture of perceptions and it shows the wide variety of perceptions. He responded with a logical and rational knowledgeable thought and suggested me that why it is not in a proportionate way and why shouldn't you draw with a perfect dimensions. I embarrassed and understood that what he was saying is so significant and i realized that it is happened because of his conditioning and bondage towards his own mind. Yes! Definitely because animals and birds are unconscious unto themselves. They don't know what is going on in their life since their birth, while human can know each and every thing in his life from birth to till the death. This is only the difference which is given by the existence. Animal can indulge in live making as human can, whereas animal loves food and satisfies with the pleasure as human. Significantly, there is always a possession in each of the ignorant people to have a relationship with their people or their belongings or their own ideas. Psychologically human being is sick because he could not understand his/her mind completely till today with a physical research except with a meditation. Because meditation creates a completely different perception in your being that you can even understand your mind easily. Mystic India  India is a country which represents the peace and prosperity in the world. Though there are so many contradictions in Indian philosophy, still there is a lot of scope for further generations to grow in spiritual life. In this letter, I want to convey a message being a messenger of mystics and being a representative of each individual. This message can change each individual i hope and further this way of living will spread over the world.

Society always wants to make a heroic figure in its community such as a celebrity. Among all -the celebrities from films, politics, sports, science and arts- everybody mostly likes films and sports because they create a lot of mass unawareness and unconsciousness. Most frustrated beings are the sportsmen and most suppressed or repressed persons are actors. In the same way, most egoistic and inferior are politicians and scientists. Finally, most rational minds are scientists’ minds and most loving or sensitive personalities are artists.   Unconsciousness always resembles in others as a mirror image either from outside or from inside. Life is like a flux; it cannot be terminated in any moment or at any place. Once it is stagnated anywhere or at any instance, thus it means that it is dead there is no life at all in it. In the same way once a human being forgets his consciousness on this flow or flux of an eternal bliss, he looses all the senses or sensations on breath such as a life of human being. However, breath is the life of a human and remembrance on breath makes an awareness.
