Society day-by-day has been improving its EGO without having any idea about how it manifest or whether it implicate something which is immensely valuable in his/her life. I have been to many working places like laboratories in the universities and experimental labs where DISTURBANCE is the highest hindrance for the individual to work. Wherever i visit i used to maintain my individuality and identity i never indulge with any so-called circle of friends to get identified with them nor to benefit them. Because for me what matters is individuality once you become an individual you will know what the value of truth is. It pertains only to you in your complete isolation with yourself and a completely in-tune with the supreme self. The most surprising thing is that once an Individual becomes a part of the crowd that's where he/she gets an EGO. This becomes bigger and bigger it gets puffed-off from year-by-year on daily basis. That is why always we need a complete vigilance over our own mind and its functioning.
You know what does it mean by an individual ? In my perception based on my experience only indulging with the highest orgasmic course with the cosmos. This is some sects call it as Rasa Sidhi or Kundalini awakening or Sattori or ecstasy. When our energy which is in the form of Kundalini reaches the highest point in our central nervous system called crown chakra it brings a lot of settled energy into the conscious energy. One individual can do this up to this one's spiritual journey ends and after this everything will be taken care by the cosmic system of intelligence the cosmic super consciousness.
Till you reach this level of spiritual dimension you stay or stuck at individual super consciousness or if at all you go some levels up you may reach to collective super consciousness usually teachers of meditation does this and get succeed. Unless the quest of teaching others and the desire to see others to attain enlightenment is gone, one cannot get-rid-off this collective Karma called guru-shishya sambandh master and a disciple relationship. Very few individuals have reached this level such as Budha, Mahaveer, Krishna, JK, Osho, Zarathustra and Babaji. All else i could see they are still working with their karma.
While i was travelling to Tamilnadu, a south Indian state which is a neighbouring state of our own state Andhrapradesh (now i am a part of Telangana state) i get to feel there is something which is binding entire humanity there to be humble, sincere, honest, loyal, generous, clean and to be a man of common-sense. This is the wonderful experience ever felt in my life -for the first i saw there exists a powerful energy which is combining a human collective consciousness with that of supreme cosmic field. It is nothing but a temple system in this state which carries an abundant of electromagnetic energy which links this earth to cosmos through akashik records. 
Otherwise why i felt a completely different experience which i have never gone through in this place presently (now i am living in West Bengal state of eastern part of India). Even though, this place is filled with full of budha field but still there is chaos and cravings of local disturbances which were destroyed a possibility such as cosmos to happen or to get manifest linking between both the mundane (earh energy system) with the sacred (cosmic field of energy).
I cannot talk too much about my present state (Telangana) because people there are completely ignorant about their ancestors like Pothana (a mystical poet), Shreenatha (a poet of ramantic literature), Errana (an intellectual poet), Dasarathi ( a devotee of rama), Ramadasu (a sankeerthachaarya). This society has completely forgot about these living legends and for me the first fore-most matter is to get enlightened. One must remember his own ancestors to rebuild the society with more bricks and with less lime.
