As i read that internal and external both the orgasms are beautiful, but internal orgasm is valuable and it consumes no energy to attain. While external orgasm creates a huge gap of energy and leaves an energy block inside our body, though we get orgasmic experience. Apart from all the distractions which are created by the world on orgasm and importance, there is a simple and easily understood principles are there on it from Indian, Tibetan, and Chinese tantric traditions.
