Schooling in Indian Government schools is worst at villages

Dear friend, i studied in Govt. school for my entire schooling and i found no teacher for MPC and english subjects till 8th standard since 2nd class. Because of that our entire batch became subject-less in those subjects. Just after 8th govt. has allotted teachers, but we could use them somehow till 10th standard. We came out. In the similar way, no doubt teachers are available (i don't know about their quality in teaching?) but once they join in school they forget their skills what they have learned during their teacher training (B.E.D.). Hence they never want to take Risk in making students understand the subjects.

Joining percentage in private schools has been increasing since a decade

If teachers are not trying who else can make the citizens for the country of India. This is what happening in schools. If they are responsible enough to take their actions and put them properly definitely every student can be attracted by them and their schools. Just to get some learning students are joining in private schools (no doubt they scrub the minds of students all the time)...students get grades and they pass easily.

Making awareness in student mind and their parents helps

But as i said not every teacher does that. Most of the teachers do that. Even students in villages were not encouraged or not given a proper awareness to go to schools and study in many villages.

Once we lost our #sensitivity we cannot regain it easily.
