Being
sincere with others brings self-knowledge, but being sincere with the
self brings suffering. It happens because we gather a lot of JUNK in our
mind, in order to clear that we need a practice. We suffer while
practicing meditation and in making things realized. Experience or
realization from self with a sincere effort for meditation gives us
suffering as an end product.
