Stress
What is meant by stress ?
Most of us do not know do not know what stress means. But when it comes to the effect we get out of stress and suffering we face out of stress we come to know its root causes. This was happened to me many a times that when stress at the level of direct attack on my health i get an effect as a suffering. Thus i could recognize it.
How to tackle it ?
Simple you just know about it that you are in stress. Awareness about stress creates a huge possibility to heal this stress. Meditation helps in becoming aware off about stress.
Breath-in and breath-out and try to know the gap between each cycle is the secret of meditation. Some #zen masters says it as #mindfulness meditation. Any name and any form but way is same budha's way of treating breath and its way to awareness.
