Journey of self realization through Meditation

Introduction                                                                                                                                      Let us begin this volume of vigyana (the wisdom) bhairava (Higher dimensional experience or supreme) tantra (a way or a method)...altogether method of supreme wisdom. What i understood and felt from this reading of this volume that through  breath is only the life we get otherwise is impossible. Many seekers have been trying to control or regulate or condition the breath, but their very effort to make it destroys their entire goal to reach a stillness of breath.  Meditation is the only technique which is easier and scientific -yet ancient available for the humanity to do in order to realize the self as well as the world. Breath is directly connected with the mind -of course without breath mind never works. But, with the settling of breath mind will become a void hence the thought pattern stops and further there exist no thought no chat

When i started reading this book it was a very nice experience that each and every page i could understand neatly in my entire life of reading many books -for the first time. But, after a long time i started reading the books in detail. Especially, when i was looking at each chapter G.I Gudjief's words are very much fascinating and most attractive and being attentive to the reader. I completely involved with the sayings of G. (that which the author used to call in this entire book).
