Experiences of dynamic meditation and tips and suggestions ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Importance of fourth stage: Meditation  The main stage in  ‪#‎ dynamic‬  is the fourth stage because in this we have just to stop  ‪#‎ wherever‬  we are. Like if we are hand-raised and stood up we must stop as the music ends and so and so the other posture. But, our conscious mind should not get be identified with our meditation and no effo rt should be made to stop our movements of body from our side. we just have to leave it to nature and just follow the rhythm of the sound from music in #dynamic meditational music from first--fifth stage. I feel there is no need of having any comfortable posture to stop in this stage. Just try to listen to your mind but never get identified with it and act upon your mind's command....just watch observe your mind and moving body is also an act of mind because unless mind functions with our brain you cann

It is not the god must be crazy, but the society (a collective cosmic unconscious mind) always go crazy by  ‪#‎ torturing‬  the  ‪#‎ body‬ ,  ‪#‎ mind‬ ,  ‪#‎ heart‬  in the name of duties and professions such as  ‪#‎ Job‬ ,  ‪#‎ sports‬ ,  ‪#‎ films‬ ,  ‪#‎ politics‬ , ‪#‎ business‬ , and all kinds of so-called  ‪#‎ good_intentions‬ ....After looking at these things i feel every mind is crazy enough to do all these things because by doing these things you are  ‪#‎ at_most‬  can be comfortable, but you cann ot be blissful and at ease. Why because by doing these all activities you loose your  ‪#‎ sensitivity‬  with that you lost your silence and peace inside. When there is no silence inside mind becomes  ‪#‎ distracted‬  and  ‪#‎ chattered‬ ....hence, exploitation of energy inside the three bodies (bodily, mentally, and emotionally).... ‪#‎ meditation‬  is the only hope for  ‪#‎ humanity‬  to lead a life peacefully.........listen my dear friend just try to  ‪#‎ doubt‬  at you that cr

If you after the materials you cannot be true, but if you are after the truth you can be true. Neither of the situations are leading to  ‪#‎ truth‬  because facts are facts they are not containing any content in them they simply are empty containers which can have a space left for the fulfillment. And, truth is the eternal contentment it has no form it is formless. There exists the ‪#‎ paradox‬  no man of material can become realized and no man of spirituality cannot become enlightened even though one is poor outside yet intelligent. They all are richer inside and poorer outside in the materialistic wealth. But, my feeling is that if you have money it does not mean that you are potential enough because of richness; if you are poorer it does not mean that you are not potential enough to become enlightened. When you are in relationship with the #known you are bound to get afraid of loosing it. It happens because you are deeply #identified with them or relatives. This identification brings you down from the #highest super-consciousness and you loose your #sensitivity from your being (or self)....this makes you #rigid inside and you become a solid rock inside and unfortunately i saw many #rocks here in our society and all of them are not having any space-left to allow any of my word. This is so foolish and idiotic and ignorance. All of them hated me and rejected me because i am sensitive enough to see them as they are and they got afraid of me. Sensitivity is a quality it makes us loving, generous, kind, and humble while rigidness makes us stupid, idiot, ignorant, and mediocre.
