Consciousness- Retention of energy and prevailing silence

Recently, i am completely getting into presence in the life and complete awareness so-called retention of consciousness. But, few days before my mind was thinking exhaustively even i was thinking about sensual pleasures and about food which i have suppressed to have in daily life. It is also said by Osho that once you repress or suppress anything psychologically, your mind gets exaggerated and it gets momentum without any moment. While mind majorly works with a momentum but not the moment always because once it gets motion it will have its own ways to move further, finally it gets momentum and it never stops until the momentum gets deteriorated. So, there is a misery with a continuous struggle or suffering and this wheel of mind's momentum runs or rolled with the help of these two misery-suffering. Likewise, the duality follows as like ying-yang, dark-light, silence-sound, saint-simple, spiritual-sensual, worldly-holy, past-future, and ignorance-consciousness.

India -a face of spirituality of the earth

In India like country we cannot teach ‪#‎ spirituality‬ because the biggest problem in teaching here is people's ‪#‎ prejudice‬ about god and the oldest culture of priesthood which has been existed here on this land for a ‪#‎ millenia‬ ....
