Society -Conditioning and the Mediocracy

Society
I thought society is the motive to each of the individual, but i misunderstood it. Because there are many mediocre personalities and many deserted minds in this barbarous society. I did not understand that it is happening to me or it is happening to everybody as i am feeling or i am facing these negative energy, which is being forcefully being imposed on each of us. We must be alert and attentive in each moment of our life, even though we have many problems surrounding us. It is impossible to resist these unconscious forces, but there is only a positive way to get them out to the existence. Existence is the responsible entity to my life in this barbarous society. 
Why existence made this world -so deserted yet hard? there must be a wrong with the mind or the existence itself. Mind is a cunning thing of course, but how long this existence look at these problems and even though they are growing like a rotten wounds day by day. Where is these existences, and where are they existing? Individuality is the essential thing rather the dignity in the society. Dignity can be get and lose at any moment it is a given quality, but once you get individuality you cannot loose it because it is not the outside thing, which is given by somebody. Let my misery end with the decision of leaving the profession to the individuality. If it the last chance i as i expected to know, there may be the reality which is a ritual after a decision. I don't know whether the panel decides to give or opt me with the approval or let me go out this place. However, i learned so many things here which resembles our mediocre society. I can live with any minimum property or can live with any company or at moment i live totally and completely. 
It is so insult to my being that getting scolded and insulted by a mediocre mind even an unconscious mind again and again. I don't know why should i respect such a wrong personality and it is disgusting with working of my mind. Mind is such a bitch which is still wanted to work with such a suicidal personality, egoistic, barbarous,  mediocre, and dangerous to the individuality of our society. I don't know how long this play goes on and how it leads to a climax. Every individual deserves the respect from the elders, and this society has been insulting and condemned everybody and becoming bigger and bigger ego one day it would get burst-ed out and loose its existence.

In India like country we cannot teach  ‪#‎ spirituality‬  because the biggest problem in teaching here is people's  ‪#‎ prejudice‬  about god and the oldest culture of priesthood which has been existed here on this land for a  ‪#‎ millenia‬ ....
