Ego can be understood well in terms of human’s perception, without making any projections in mind. The person’s individuality and identity may be treated as an entity in the form of self respect called as ego. However, once ego disappears in you then there will not be having any destruction in your entire life. But, ego disappearance would not be possible if the person is unknown about himself. When he is unknown about himself he cannot be known the other persons perceptions.

The common factor to make the mind silence is only the meditation, thus meditation can only makes the person to encounter the ego face to face. It is a very difficult task to do meditation for a beginner, but if time goes on with the practice of meditation, one day he would be realized the godliness, i.e., your own nature of existence. It is not a simple theory to explain about a meditation, but it is a metaphysical tool or a method to travel inside into our being.

Primitive perceptions unfolded in a human when he allows the light to pass. Light is nothing but your consciousness or blissful state of mind or an intellectualism. Such light appears at the time when one enters into the darkest place and mysterious corner in the universe. This place is mysterious because it can only be experienced, but it cannot be said or even it cannot be discussed.
