Fear originates from the very beginning of
the ones life. One can even unknown and ignorant about it. The origin or centre
of the fear is the ignorance itself. Ignorance consists of Inferiority complex,
Desire, Ego, Greedy, Miserable, Jealous, Anger, and Insecurity,
Injustice. Out of these entities of ignorance
fear develops and grows forever and ever. However, there is no end for fear,
unless until one aware of it. Thus, only the way to aware of it is to know our self nature; knowing ones self nature is called the meditation, the inner journey or journey with in. Hence, meditation removes ignorance from us, then one feels so comfortable during the meditation and after the meditation.
